Bannari Amman Institute of Technology is one the good college . Acorrding to career360 it is one of the AAA+ rating college . It provides lots of courses. B. Tech biotechnology is 4 years courses.  For the  first,  they are collecting tuition fee as 60,000 for first academic year. total fee is 3 lakhs( tuition fee)for 4 years.

Hostel fee, mess fee varies from college to college and from one academic year to another year.

see the both of the institute you have mentioned is best for their engineering placement. however mba placement is moderate and salary package offered is lower than the tier 1 institute. based on students review between this two institute ST joseph engineering college is preferable, placement for mba course is moderate, highest salary offered is 6 lpa. lowest salary package is 2 lpa. apart from college you also need to search job positions by you self  and try for internship while you would study in final year.

I think Bannari amman institute of technology would be a better option to consider because it has better infrastructure, placements, ranking and reviews when compared to Sri ramakrishna institute of technology. However, the fees for ECE at Bannari amman institute of technology is 3 lakhs whereas, at Sri ramakrishna institute of technology, it is 1.8 lakhs. So, this is an advantage of Ramakrishna institute over Bannari amman.
