The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream from a recognized educational Board.
Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance exam.

But you have already done your bachelor's degree in commerce and therefore you cant do it because for the Masters degree the eligiblity requires a candidate to have a Bachelor's degree in Design from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks.

see there are bachelor in design undergraduate courses available in many institute india. and it will be totally a different area rather than b.com (//b.com) . to get admission in b.des course you need to qualify either NID DAT 2020 (conducts by national institute of design ). or AIEED exam.(all india entrance test for design.). see you need to take coaching for this exam and it may takes 6-10 month for exam ready. follow the below link to know more about this exam.
