Actually the rules are different in different states. Generally if you have done your MBBS from state then you are eligible only for this state for Pg.

But there are some exception also. Few States like mp allowed the domicile student of their state to apply in their state for PG all the if they done their MBBS from another.

So so now you are eligible for the 50% quota in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Bihar also.
