Dear Ravindra, unfortunately you cannot change Id proof details in GATE application form. The details that you can change are Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, PWD Status, Dyslexia and learning disabilities, Details of Parent/Guardian/Corresponding address, College name/Address/Roll number.
