sir i have ews certificate but i didn't submit in jee application but now the results out can i change general to ews sir and one more is correction window is open now or not sir

No

Gen cannot be changed to gen ews after the Result.

As a result, the JEE would have to repeat the results, which is not possible in this case. It would also affect all other aspirant ranks.

In JEE Advanced, you can, however, modify your category.

You could try emailing JEE to see if they can assist.
