Right now I have submitted undertaking for ews in my jee mains 2021 application form but when my certificate will arrive so where should I submit the certificate. And can I upload it if change my category and upload undertaking during correction window because it is one time facility.

You will have to submit the ews certificate when you will be asked to.Moreover you can also change your category during the jee mains correction window.
You will have to make sure that your ews certificate is ready before the jee mains counseling process.
