Hi,

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is an exam conducted for students who are interested in pursuing research in Science as a career.

There are three streams for applying for this exam: SA, SX and SB.

As you want to attempt the exam in 2021, you already will be done with your 12th standard, which means you'll fall into the category of SX Stream. The eligibility criteria for this stream is that you must have score minimum of 75% in class 12th (and 65% for reserved categories) with PCB or PCM being your main subjects.

Your 10th standard marks will not be considered as it is a part of SA Stream.

Hope this answer helps.

Thank you!
