As per the latest guidelines no applicant is allowed to fill the application form twice as once the board  roll no. Of the candidates are recorded. You can make changes in your form but can't fill it twice.

But still if it is done and you are not able to cancel one form ,we suggest you to contact the admission authority of DU for the query as you should prefer not to take any risk regarding your admission.
