yes you have very good chance to get admissions in bsc biochemistry .  you don't need to worry a lot .you have scored very good in bsc entrance exams as well as you are a internal candidate so your chances increases more . bsc biochemistry is not as famous as cs or industrial chemsitry so yes you will be able to get admissions
