Sir i have got 254 in neet can I get in private cllg but problem is my pcb% is 49.33 open category in hsc so is there any offline mode

Hey Divya !
I am sorry to say but Admissions in all the Medical college in India, be it Govt. or Private is done only through online mode itself, there is no offline mode to apply for the same.
Your PCB aggregate score seems to be falling behind as the required percentage must be at least 50 for the UR category otherwise you won't be eligible.

Thanks for the reply So i should go for  class improvement exam in feb 2020One more query can i get admission in good college for bams near mumbai areas within package of 6 lacs just by scoring around 300 in neet

Yes, go for the improvement exam in 2020.
For BAMS, it's better to score minimum of 350+ as compared to this year's data. Only then you might be a bit safe.
