Hello!
Chances are extremely less to get a government seat. This year's competition is quite high. Closing government college cut off for Karnataka is around 410marks. There are literally no chance for you to get a seat in a government college. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private or deemed college, because many colleges ask for a pass mark inorder to provide you with a seat. But if you are desperate about a seat in a government medical college then do take up NEET next year also. Let me remind you that the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time. But still having scope is never wrong.
ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was of some help.
Thank You

Hello
Cutoff for every state is different and it varies every year. As per the previous year cutoff of neet of sc category for karnataka state, to get seat you need to have 40th percentile that is marks in between 133- 107. So you have 280 marks you have chance to get college.
Hope this helps
