Based upon your marks you should opt for colleges under the state quota of 85%.Though you belong from SC category under 15%  AIQ you may not get a chance.As per previous year cutoffs the opening and closing ranks of 2017 for SC quota were in the range of 22285-28920 for RIMS.This is with respect to the frst round of cutoffs.The second round for SC was in the range of 31445-44455.Wait for the second round of cutoff,you may secure a seat since you have chances.
