Hey Akshay, you have managed to get quite a considerable score in GATE 2019.
With a score of 568 out of thousand in Mechanical branch chances of getting into any good NIT like MNNIT, Allahabad and NIT, Trichy are less if you are from the general category.
As last years cut off was above 600 scores out of thousand for NIT, Allahabad and above 700 for NIT, Trichy.
Also, Admission in IITs is not possible with this score.
You must look for some middle NITs or CFTIs.
