Sir I have got 617 sc rank in bcece PCB group but my roll nom is not in merit list I am pass or fail

Dear student,
I would like to inform you that if your roll number is not in the merit list that means that you are not pass. You have not cleared the cut off. You can wait for second or third merit list.
