Hello Aspirant!

Don't worry! After cap round 1 you have to submit your registration fees in the respective college. This confirms your seat in that college.

Now if you apply for cap round 2 and if a seat is vacant of your choice .If you accept that seat then only you will be get shifted to that college . And your initial seat be then cancelled and allotted to another person. And if no seat is vacant you will retain your previously attained seat. So this is the process.
