The second round registration has already started and you can definately register yourself in the second round in case you have forgotten to do that by any chance for the first round.

Yes, you can apply for round 2. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has started the registration for round 2 of UPSEE 2018 spot counselling. The candidates have to register using their UPSEE roll number and date of birth till August 11.
