Hello Raftar, You cant get AIIMS Colleges and other top medical colleges of India but Based on your NEET score of 572 you can surely get decent medical colleges. I suggest you first try in AFMC, Delhi because you have a very good chance of getting shortlisted but the admission depends further on the interview. I suggest you apply to State medical colleges because in that case you can avail the home state quota and you can secure seat easily. It would have helped if you had mentioned your state. 572 is considered to be a decent score for getting a government college. You surely can get good government college through all India quota but attend the counseling till the end.
