Domicile certificate cannot be used as caste/category certificate.

Domicile is meant for providing legal residential certificate.It might mention your category but it cannot be used as category certificate.

So you will be treated as general in maharashtra .

If you want category benefit then you will have to apply in bihar college it means you'll have to appear in bihar counselling.
