Yes , luckily there is no age limit for any pg offered courses , one must clear entrance exam or interview,msc nursing which takes 2 years of regular basis one must complete bsc nursing with 55%marks and 1 year work experience atleast ,as msc nursing being a practical clinical field it is not possible to do at distance mode and many colleges offers under management also.
