Hello Dinesh!
Neet is the qualifying examination for MBBS and BDS, otherwise you have an option for AIIMS and JIPMER, these are the only University which conduct their private exam. Else everywhere the admission is through neet.

Aligarh Muslis University conducts entrance exams for various courses like B.Tech, MBA, MDS, B.Ed, B.A.LL.B, and many more. The admissions for MBBS and BDS will be conducted on the basis of NEET only. For other courses you can apear for the exam.
