The score you have scored are very low to qualify if you belong to general category.
But you can try for management quota seat in private medical college.
However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin.

Do keep trying, don't lose hope.There is always a better next.

If you belong to General category then you didn't qualify the exam. As a reserved category the chances are less to get any decent college in private for BDS programme also.
