Dear Nausheen, a score of 128 is very low for qualifying for any MBBS college .However, if you are very keen to become a doctor , you might take a drop-off for a year and prepare for NEET again. • If you want to persue your career only in medical sciences, then you should take a drop of one year to score well next year, so that you can get into MBBS/BDS or other AYUSH COURSES Iike BAMS/BUMS.
• If you do not want to waste your year then you should go for the BSC  courses dealing with  medical and its perspectives like bsc. Microbiology, pathology, radiology, physiotherapy, labrotary technician, biomedical, and many others.
• You can also go for para medical and allied health courses,if you are interested into it
