Now coming to your query, Based on previous year cutoff, Sorry to say this but Irrespective of your category, you will not be able to get any government college for this rank. Even you have negligible chances to get Private colleges also. But don't be disappointed you could go for Management quota seats but it cost a little extra.

But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, if we look over previous year's cutoff then you might have scored at least 520+ under reserved category and 540+ under Unreserved category to get a government medical college for MBBS.. Therefore, you chances are almost negligible..

With these marks you have decent chances to get a seat in private medical colleges for other courses like veterinary and BUMS..
