The cut off for PWD category in 2019 was 0.11 percentile...while comparing to this you have a good score da thambi...so you have a good chance to get into NIT's but I can't surely tell you can get CS in NiT...but you have other courses seat...so apply to the JoSAA counseling and see what seat you will get...
