Since you have not mentioned your state, category I'm gonna answer this on a general perspective.
To tell you about your exact admission possibilities in any college is gonna be difficult since the cut-off varies every year but comparing your rank to last year's Cutoff and considering you're general category getting into IITs or NITs will be difficult but I'll recommend you to try for various state level counselings. You might get admission in lower NITs but getting into CSE, IT is really gonna be tough but you might have a chance in ECE department. You also might just grab seats in your home state NIT since the cut-off is lower for home state so I'll definitely recommend you that. You can also try for various GFTIs in which you can easily get admission based on your rank
