You have not mentioned your category any where so I assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then being a general category candidate you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in telangana even through state quota . Previous year minimum marks admitted for a general candidate was 493 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad.
However if you are from a reserved category then your chances of getting admission in a government college will increase effectively.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
