For 84 percentile your rank could lie between 1,30,000 - 1,40,000.

According to the data in above link it is nor possible for you to get NIT/IIIT, But there are NITs which offer home state quota so please check them out.

if you belong to one of those states you can still qualify with your given rank.

Sorry to inform you that based on your percentile in JEE mains you won't get admission in any NIT or IIIT. But you may get admission in some good private colleges or you may take one year drop and crack JEE mains with good percentile.
