It is totally depends upon you whether which want to take but both field have pro and cons and there no comparison between these course in BTech you study the engineering where you will analyze problem Design the product but in Bpharma is deals with chemistry and you study about drugs and amount drug is added in medicine so it is totally depends which field you want to choose
