Hey.
According to the NEET eligibility criteria you  need to pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually in the qualifying exam

If you belong to the unreserved category , minimum required percentage is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in Class 12 or HSC examination.
Considering this you seem to be eligible even if you did not pass in the 6th subject as you require to pass only in PCBE as per the eligiblity criteria.
