Candidates who belong to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are eligible to for TS PGECET 2020.They must satisfy local/non-local status.As you are from other state you cannot appear in this entrance exam.If you are interested in getting admission in Telangana you can get on basis of GATE score, if you have appeared and qualified in GATE.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in TS PGCET is that a candidate must have a domicile of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh only.Simce you are from a different state you are not eligible to apply for it
