You have not mentioned regarding which application form your query is about. Nevertheless, If the payment was not successful then you need to make the application fee payment once again only then your application is considered to be submitted successfully. The amount which was deducted before will be refunded back to the same bank account within 7-14 working days. If the amount is not refunded then kindly contact the bank and enquire.
