payment of bitsat is done but it still shows payment pending?

Hello.
After payment if your dashboard is showing pending payment then first thing which you should do is wait for some hour or a day after this if you are not getting any solution then you should check your bank account is there any return back of money if it is not then the third option is that you can directly contact at the BITS for help using the the below contact.
