According to last year cut off you can get GOVT. college in UP under STATE QUOTA.
There were 2 colleges U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah - 492, and
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow-469.
So, you have very high chances of getting these colleges.

According to previous year's trend, all the government medical colleges for MBBS have a cut-off higher than 520 (for UR Candidates). Only Dr. Ram Manogar Lohiya Institute has a cut-off of 469 marks for UR candidates. So if this year too, the same trend continues, you stand a chance to secure a seat in MBBS only in the mentioned college.
However, you have high chances to secure seats in private medical colleges for MBBS and government medical colleges for BDS.

In 2018, under State Quota, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya gave a seat to 469 marks under General Category. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your score, you may have a chance at UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
