If you have missed the second round of the counselling, don't worry. Wait for the cut-off of the second round.

Also, it is not important to participate in the counselling. You can take admission directly in the course and check your marks accordingly. And see which College matches your marks. Go there with all your documents and take the admission.

Let's say, some XYZ college has cutoff 90 % and above.

And you got 91%, then you can go and get the admission.
