Sir I am gpat qualified but I didn't get seat bcz I am non local.can i get seat in second councelling.

Yes, you have a chance of getting in second counseling if your gpat score is decent. Wait till the last round of counselling because vacancy may be there after all the admission procedures are over, so chances of getting seat becomes higher too.

These depend upon the availability of seat under non local category seats. If your rank is enough for this category and there is vaccant seat in colleges than that seat may be alloted to you in next subsequent round of counselling.
