No, unfortunately you can.Registration window has now been closed and nothing can be done about that.You shouldn't have been so careless.
You will have to wait for one more hear.Dont sad for that and start preparing for one more year and give you best next year and try to get as good rank as possible.

I would like to tell you with a heavy heart that the registrations have been closed so you have to apply next year if you want to attempt.

The last date was 1st December but yet extended by 7 days till 7th December but sorry now it's closed.

You can try your luck with JIPMER.The last date for registration for JIPMER is 12th April 2019.
