Since you talk about the SSC CGL exam and filled the form in 2019, you can't correct it now on your own. So, the option left is that you can contact the official helpdesk and ask them about the same. They may help you by either suggesting a way to make the corrections or by correcting the details. You need to visit the official website to contact the helpdesk.
