JEE main and JEE advanced are exams for admission into IITs and NITs.It includes the entire portion of 11th+ 12th. You must be well versed with all chapters and their practical knowledge. If you say your 11th is weak you must make it strong, if you plan to pursue engg from IITs. One cannot say how much marks you can get but if you atleast make 2 subjects i.e Physics and chem or Phy and Maths or Math and Chem it could be easier to clear JEE. Thats what I did when I was in 12th. I would rather suggest you to give MHCET which includes only 12th portion and get admission in top engg colleges like vjti, sardar patel, djsc etc or you would make your 11th base strong and plan IIT. What marks you score depends upon your hardwork! No one can tell you how much you can score.

Its not necessary for any aspirant to prepare the jee with proper coaching system .By only studying 12th course you can do miracles by properly clearing your concept over each and every topic . Let me tell you that some of my friends without taking any coaching has cleared jee with marks more than me so its just because of their iq level jee mains is all about your 11th and 12th syllabus but the questions are somewhat tricky so you need a great vision to explore the question really well. Whike studying your 12th standard as you have said that your 11th is really weak so try to get command over your 11th course dont leave it. And while solving questions try to make your own questions this will increase your creativity .
Try to explore each and every topic or if you encounter with any query dont leave it just use internet and clear the doubt at instant by following my instruction I can assure you that you can easily clear jee with awesome score .
