To be eligible for UP state counselling Candidates should be domicile of state for which they must fulfill the below mentioned criteria...
1. Indian citizen whose father origin resident is of UP and candidate should also be a resident of UP state.
2.Citizen of India and parents should be a resident of UP  for not less than 3 years.
3.Candidate must be child of Indian government employee
4.Students studying in foreign country but there fore father's should be from UP.
