Dear Abdur, even if you fulfil all the eligibility criteria for MBBS, you cannot get a seat without appearing for NEET. Now NEET is a mandatory entrance examination to be qualified to study MBBS in India and abroad. So even if you are studying Biology as an additional subject, there is no concession to the NEET part. You need to qualify in NEET. For Candidates belonging to General Category, the cut off is 50 percentile of the top NEET score and for OBC,SC,ST it is 40 percentile.

You will not be asked to upload documents for NEET application. You will have to submit these documents during document verification. So that should not be a problem.
