Hello,

Here is what you need to know

Maximum Age Limit

Not more than 25 years of age for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.

So, if you are inside age limit and had 40% marks in 12th with pcb then you can appear for NEET.
