Yes, you can apply for NEET.
Age Limit for reserved category candidates is 30 years of age.
Qualifying Marks
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).

Mam can English include in this , if iam not eligible can I repeat my 12class , previously I passed 12in 2012 now can I repeat 12/Legaly please reply I am depressed

you have 48%....then why are you worried so much?
According to me u cant apply coz 50%are required bt u should try all the best
