Dear Suresh, you havent mentioned why you have reset your NEET regustration. If you have made any changes to your application regarding the choices of colleges to opt for, you will have to pay the fees for the 2nd time. This will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please refer to FAQs at mcc.nic.in

MAA'M I'M ASKING ABOUT 5000/- SECURITY AMOUNT WHICH I PAY EARLIER ON FIRST TIME REGISTRATION. IT WILL REFUNDABLE OR NOT. THEIR NO MENTION IN FAQ AT MCC SITE
