I see that since you are from andhra pradesh and you want admission in any college of your state , so you can apply through state quota. The cutoffs for state quota are usually lesser than under all india quota.

Also , i must say that Your NEET score is good but not enough good to fetch you a seat in government medical colleges. Also , there are very less chances for private colleges as the cutoffs for private colleges of andhra pradesh under are expected to be even 450+.

Considering your score and the previous year cutoffs , you can get a seat in deemed universities like jss medical college , kasturba medical college etc.
