1. Grant Medical College, Mumbai

2. Terna Medical College.(private)

3. Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College.

4. Topiwala National Medical College.

5. Rajiv Gandhi Medical College, Thane

6. HBT Medical College and RN Cooper municipal Medical College, Mumbai.

7. KJ Somaiya Medical College and Research Institute, Mumbai. (Private)

These are some colleges which had a cut off less than 580 marks in 2018 for general category. The cut off will change this year but with a score of 586 you have chances of admission in some of the colleges mentioned above.
