As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc..considering you from obc category,the last year cutoff for electrical engineering for IIT bombay was 459,for IIT guwahati signal processing was 582,communication engineering was 559,power and control was 629,RF and photonics is 565 and all other IITs has cutoff more than this.
