As far as your board percentage is considered, 75% is the minimum marks required to be eligible for JEE Advanced and to clear JEE Main. According to your JEE Main percentile, you have cleared JEE Main. But since your board percentage is below 75%, you won't be eligible for JEE Advanced.
If you are however in the top 20 percentile, you'll be eligible.

The cut off for JEE Mains 2019 for OBC category was 74.316. Since you have scored 80.72% you are eligible to write JEE Advanced. The link to register is https://jeeadv.nic.in/jeeadvapp/root/loginpage.aspx
