With percentile 97.76 and belonging to UR, I am sorry to say that the chances are nil which might not lead you to get AIIMS, as the last year's cut off AIR was 1353 and corresponding percentile was 99.6469040 and the college allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri. And as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and seats have been incremented to 609 for general category (doesn't guarantees you a seat), the percentile cut off may vary too.

However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done
