With these marks it's not possible for you to get into AIIMS. Because the cut-offs for AIIMS is very high. The cut-off for AIIMS in general category goes as high as 1500 usually. Therefore for you to get in with a rank of 16000 is not possible. I would recommend that you push yourself a bit more and try harder next time if you truly want to get into AIIMS. And when you actually do get in AIIMS it will be all worth it.
