Yes, you can easily do B.tech even after completing your B.Sc or through Lateral Entry.

There are various colleges out there which provide admission via Lateral Entry. Either you can select lateral Entry or you can complete your b.Sc and then go for B.tech and after completing your B.tech you can write GATE exam for M.Tech.
